You agree that your products do not infringe or defame third parties, including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, and that your products do not contain third-party materials. You are solely responsible for using the content in combination with other images, graphics, text, or other materials that you incorporate into the product.
You agree not to include any third-party text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials in your Products unless you have proper permission from the owner. We warrant that we have all necessary rights or permissions for your product. By placing an order on this site, you warrant that you have all necessary permissions, rights and authority to place an order and authorize The Peak Packaging to manufacture products on your behalf.
Content
You are solely responsible for using content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners.
You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right, and authority to place the order and you authorize The Peak Packaging to produce the Products on your behalf.
All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, and any other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person that produced such content. Accordingly, you are responsible for all content that you transmit, upload, post or otherwise transmit through the Website. You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You agree not to use the Website to upload, post or transmit content that is obscene, illegal, or infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of The Peak Packaging or any third party.
The Peak Packaging does not control the content posted by s and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content. Under no circumstances will The Peak Packaging be held liable in any way if you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders or actions taken into your registered account. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant The Peak Packaging the royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the website and on the printed product to store designs or processing print orders.
You acknowledge that The Peak Packaging and its designers shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. The Peak Packaging may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is necessary to
- Comply with the legal process
- Enforce the terms of service
- Respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third parties
- Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of The Peak Packaging, its users, and the public
Design Files

Submitted Artwork
All graphics, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for any color changes that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK color mode. The Peak Packaging is also not responsible for any blurry, distorted, or pixelated images printed due to client-submitted artwork.
Proofing & Matching
All print jobs require customer approval for final artwork and job specifications. Once an order is confirmed, an artwork proof and order specification will be emailed to the client. The client is responsible for verifying all details provided in the data sheet (including but not limited to delivery dates and/or production speeds) to ensure that all customer requirements are accurately described. The Peak Packaging cannot be held responsible for specifications and requirements beyond those stated in the Final Specifications.
Furthermore, proofreading is the client responsibility, and hence, it is the client’s responsibility to check the proof of the final artwork. Files are prepared in a variety of ways, which can lead to unexpected changes. What is shown on the final proof is representative of what will be printed. The Peak Packaging strongly recommends printing proofs at 100% to see actual placement, spelling, and other design elements. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for design or spelling issues not identified by the client and promptly reported to The Peak Packaging. Once approved, the design files and job specs are sent to manufacturing for immediate printing.
The Peak Packaging is not responsible for color matching or ink densities of client approved screen proofs. Screen proofing predicts design layout, text accuracy, image aspect ratio, and placement but not color or density. The Peak Packaging attempts to match the gradient density of each duo tone color. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for the final appearance of duo tones unless the client orders a color proof. Also, lamination can affect or change the appearance of printed colors. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for the final color appearance of laminated products.
Materials
Please note that the paper/cardboard used to print our products is not food safe. If you have any special food-grade requirements for the paper, please let us know before placing your order. Any such need must be communicated immediately in writing.
Client is responsible for approving proofs and layouts prior to printing. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for defects in printed products resulting from:
Placing or aligning graphics and using inappropriate fonts
Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation Errors
Improper die-cutting, slitting, or false crease missing
Finished product size
Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Proof
The Peak Packaging will reproduce the colors of the submitted printable files as accurately as possible. However, The Peak Packaging cannot guarantee color match and color density due to printing process limitations, different characteristics of different printing surfaces, and adjacent image ink requirements. Color reproduction is guaranteed to be accurate within 90% of the final customer approved proof. Please note that The Peak Packaging cannot guarantee color reproduction of ready-to-print files unless a hardcopy proof is ordered for an additional fee. Please note that The Peak Packaging is not responsible for any color differences between the printable images submitted and the actual artwork or products they represent.
Indemnity
You will indemnify The Peak Packaging and the parties with licensed portions of its content and their directors, officers, and employees from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses.
You agree to defend. (i) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; or (ii) text, photographs, images, graphics, or other materials incorporated into the Products that were not part of the standard Site Content.
Order Cancellation
The Peak Packaging may cancels orders prior to printing/shipping. However, we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been shipped. Cancellation during production is possible, but a cancellation fee will be charged. Our customer service team will inform you about the cancellation fee.
Reprints
The client must notify The Peak Packaging within 3 business days of delivery of the order if Customer discovers any defects, damage, or missing parts in the products delivered. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for any defect, damage, or missing item claims not submitted within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
To obtain a replacement, the client must return (at his own expense) at least 99% of the products he received within 10 days of the original order's delivery date. No returns will be accepted without a prior written return authorization from The Peak Packaging .
All charges associated with expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable, including orders that are returned for any reason. No exceptions.
Shipping and Delivery of Orders
The Peak Packaging offers the following product options when ordering:

The Peak Packaging will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no event shall The Peak Packaging be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from delays in the manufacture, shipment, or delivery of ordered products.
All The Peak Packaging’s clients agree that The Peak Packaging is not liable for any damages resulting from technical problems, weather conditions, carrier delays, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond the direct control of The Peak Packaging. You agree that we are not responsible for any delays in shipments. The Peak Packaging’s shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on supplier quotes and recent order history.
The Peak Packaging will always act to ensure that delivery times are met. However, unexpected device failures, malfunctions, or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping process. In the event of delays in the printing or shipping process, expedited or expedited charges will be refunded or waived as appropriate. We cannot accept cancellations due to delays in printing or shipping. All The Peak Packaging’s clients agree to pay all duties and fees for goods shipped to their respective locations.
The Peak Packaging plays their best role in making everything perfect for the clients as the quality and pricing are joint stress for the clients. Hence, we The Peak Packaging ready to give the best quality at competitive prices.
Damaged and Lost Packages
Clients are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the clients should immediately notify The Peak Packaging and the delivery courier. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for any damage or missing item claims not submitted by the customer within 3 business days of delivery of the order. The Peak Packaging is not responsible for third-party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Additional shipping and handling fees will be charged for packages that must be reshipped due to the client's mistake in providing the correct shipping address.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the website may be uninterrupted or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the website. These references and links are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
The Peak Packaging or its licensors, suppliers or vendors, and their officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind or any damages resulting from loss of use. We are not responsible to damages resulting from errors, omissions, viruses, delays or interruptions in service. In no event shall The Peak Packaging be liable for any damages or consequences arising from or related to the improper or unauthorized use of this website or its contents.
